USPages.net FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
|
Q. Will the stock offer be
retroactive in states that are subsequently registered?
No. Retroactive issuance of shares is not possible. There is a possibility that the Company may seek to register a future stock offering. In that event, the list of states within which a future offering becomes registered may be expanded to include states that are not currently on the registration list. While this is a possibility, no resident of a state in which this offering is currently not registered should purchase a website or website hosting on the expectation of a future stock issuance.
