Q. When do I receive a stock certificate?

Common Stock:

A stock certificate for the Common Stock shares earned through the purchase of a website is automatically issued when full payment is received by USPages.net, Inc. For example, if you order a website that costs $500.00 to design and build, you will receive a certificate for 500 shares of USPages.net, Inc. Common Stock upon receipt of full payment for your website.

A stock certificate for the Common Stock shares earned by having your website hosted with USPages.net, Inc. is automatically issued upon receipt of full payment for your first year of hosting. For example, if your website is being hosted for $14.95 per month, at the end of one year you will have paid $179.40. You will then receive a stock certificate for 180 shares (rounded up to the nearest whole share) of USPages.net, Inc. Common Stock. You may pre-pay your yearly hosting charge at anytime, if you would like to be issued your Common Stock shares and certificate prior to the completion of a year.


Series A Common Stock:

A stock certificate for Series A Common Stock shares acquired through the Promotional Stock Giveaway program may be obtained by either printing the certificate yourself and sending it to USPages for endorsement, or you may request a Company-printed certificate. There is no charge for a self-printed certificate. There is a $10.00 charge for a Company-printed certificate, however. Please bear in mind that Series A Common Stock is bona fide Company stock. It is a special class of stock created by the Company that is allowed to be issued "without certificate" pursuant to Washington State Statute RCW 23B.06.260. So regardless of whether or not you possess a physical certificate, you are a legitimate USPages.net, Inc. shareholder.
