Series A Common Stock:
(1) The single, easiest way to earn your first share of
USPages.net, Inc. Series A Common Stock is to register via the Email Registration form
accessed from the homepage - while promotional shares are still available.
Upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions,
you are asked to fill in an online form that requests basic

yourself, then getting an additional person to visit our website
and list you as his or her referring party, you will earn a
total of 2 Series A Common Stock shares. It's that easy.
Please note that this offering has only been registered with the securities regulators in certain states. Only residents of Registered States are eligible to be issued promotional Series A Common Stock.
Common Stock:
(2) The second way to acquire USPages.net stock is by
purchasing a website from USPages.net, upgrading an existing website, or transferring the hosting of an
existing website to us. One share of USPages.net, Inc. Common Stock will be
issued for every dollar spent during your first year for either
website building or website hosting services. Please see the Website Purchase and Website Hosting pages for pricing
and options details. Please note that only purchases made by residents of the
registered states listed in the Disclosure page are eligible for
Common Stock issuance under the Website Purchase and Website Hosting
plans. This is a limited quantity offer and once the allocation for your state is gone, no more USPages.net, Inc. Common Stock shares will be issued for website services purchases.
Please keep in mind that the USPages.net prices for website
building and hosting are industry competitive. You are not paying
a premium for your website. You are, however, building equity in a
company where the fees you pay have the potential to be an
appreciating investment - not just an expense.
